Digital setup delivered
Staging, attachments, IPR schedule and open STL files land in the case record. A second reviewer signs off before it reaches you.

Review and approve
Step through the plan in the browser, leave tooth-level comments, request changes. Revisions are unlimited and never billed separately.

Manufacturing & QC
Printing, thermoforming in Zendura FLX, trimming, polishing and per-tray inspection — with QC photographs attached to the case file.

Ship in your packaging
Tracked courier to the clinic in boxes carrying your logo. Retainers and bleaching trays can be added to the same dispatch.
